We offer discounts for regular maintenance schedules (4, 8, or 12 weeks). The more frequent the clean, the cheaper it will cost.
Initial cleans may take longer if windows have not been cleaned for a long time and have heavy mineral build-up or debris.

Yes, we offer reduced rates for customers who sign up for regular cleaning on a 4, 8, or 12-week basis. The more frequent the service, the lower the cost per visit.
Are there long-term contracts required?
No long-term contracts are necessary. You can cancel or change your service frequency at any time. We believe in providing quality service that keeps you coming back without the need for binding agreements.
Do we come throughout the winter?
Yes we still provide the same service throughout the winter as we do summer, avoiding the bad weather where possible. Some of our customers will swap to a less frequent basis however we believe windows are in more need of a clean during the winter. However we don't seem to look through them as often, they will be getting dirty a lot quicker.
How do you handle access in gated properties?
We send a text message reminder the day before our visit. This ensures that you can unlock any necessary gates or side access so we can clean every window, even if you are not home.
